Registration and abstract submission for the SAME17 2023 is done via an electronic registration in one single form.
Early bird registration until April 30.
Standard registration May 1 - June 5.
Extended registration until June 30.
Participants without presentation can register until July 31 if space allows.

Accompanying person fee covers the welcome reception, poster sessions and conference dinner
Registration fee includes:
- full scientific program
- in-person networking opportunities onsite with peers
- welcome mixer, coffee breaks, lunch, light snacks and beer during poster sessions, conference dinner
- All prices include VAT 20%
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be available to all attendees following the SAME17. They will not be available at the meeting. Information will be provided via email to all attendees.
Substitutions and Cancellations
If you find that you will not be able to attend the meeting, we encourage you to send a substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time at no additional charge.
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the SAME17 at same17tartu@gmail.com. Cancellations dated before and on 30 June 2023 will be refunded deducting administration costs of 100 EUR. After 30 June 2023, registration fees are non-refundable.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the conference is canceled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the SAME17.
