Our story is simple...
Perhaps it is the fairies of Hiiumaa (they must still live in Hiiumaa) who are to blame for the fact that one fine day several coincidences led me to baking bread. Today, this hobby has grown into my own bread-baking company, which has been named Haldjaleib (Fairy Bread) in gratitude to the fairies.
